Bachelor project concepts "The evil Komodo dragon QING LONG"

This is the concept for QING LONG.
For my bachelor graduation project I developed a villain for a fictional sequel of "Kung Fu Panda". I imagined his backstory, actions in the movie and of course his design. Later on, I also created a 3D-model.
He represents the legendary blue dragon of the east, one of the old four animals in the starry sky. In the fictional KFP-4, these four animals are the most powerful kung-fu masters in China. But Qing Long betrays the others and starts a war.
